'Luton lets Help Haiti'-Fund raising concert for Haiti
Thank you for coming here today, to remember Haiti for another day.
Please dont forget the little girls sound that was not found.
Please dont forget the little boy who couldnt find his way..
please dont forget the fathers whos arm were not strong enough
or the mothers whose lost cries of hope fill the cracks in the town
But what will happens when the news is over and the TV switched off,
Let us show that we are not apart,
Lets dig deep within our hearts,
lets unite for human kind,
Lets bring a smile to the little girl that was found,
Lets build a home of love for the little boy,
and strength for the father, and hope for the mother.
lets build hope, love and happiness to Haiti for another day.
words Shemiza Rashid, performed at Saint Marys Church Luton. As part of a songs for Haiti.
